Teachers can create custom assessments, download and edit Testpapers, and assign them to students.
Students can generate Testpapers for self-practice or attempt Testpapers assigned by their teachers.
This issue may be caused by an incorrect email or password entry. If the problem continues, please use “Forgot your password?” feature.

You can add the user to an ignore list which will allow you to receive messages from the user but you can't reply to the user.

Search for the name of the person you want to ignore
Click on the “Option” button at the top-right corner of the chat window
Select “Add to Ignore List”

Yes, you can skip watching a video and directly take the End-of-Lesson Quiz (Mastery Test). However, we strongly recommend watching the video at least once, as the quiz questions are based on the concepts covered in the lesson.

Once the quiz is completed, a Diagnostic Report will be generated automatically

The Chat Room allows you to communicate in the primary channel as well as with your peers. Even though it acts like an instant messenger to communicate with your peers, it cannot be used explicitly as a messenger.

Attempt the End-of-Lesson Quiz to generate the Diagnostic Report
Once generated, the report will appear below the video
Click on the "View Report" button to access it.

The “Session” feature on mySecondTeacher allows teachers to create and conduct both online and offline classes, while allowing students to attend and stay updated with their scheduled Sessions.
Teachers can create and schedule In-Class Sessions or set up Online Sessions using external links. Students are notified about upcoming Sessions, helping them stay informed and attend classes on time.
As a student, you can join your Teacher’s Online Session easily from your dashboard.
Please follow the given steps to join a Teacher’s Online Session:
Login to your Student account
Check the Task List at the bottom of the page
View the scheduled sessions under “Today's Task” or “Upcoming Tasks”
Click on the “Join Classroom” button next to the session you want to attend
You will be redirected to the Online Session where your teacher is conducting the class.
Alternatively:
Click on the “Classroom” option from the top navigation bar
Select the subject from the dropdown menu
Choose the scheduled session date
Click on “Join Classroom” to enter the session.
You will then be able to attend the live class in real time.

Login to your mySecondTeacher Account
Go to the "Home" tab
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Locate the "Notices" section
View all notices posted by your teachers or school/college leaders.
If a notice includes an e-consent form or poll, you can select and submit your response directly from the notice.

Log in to your Student Account
Click on your Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen
Select "My Profile"
On the left side, you will see different tabs that you can update, including:
-Basic Information
-Linked Guardian Account
-Linked Social Account
-Password
-Manage Subscription
-Payment Transaction Status
-Redeemed Coupons
-Preferences
Select the relevant tab and make the necessary changes
Click on "Save Changes" to update your profile information.
If you have registered on our platform as an Individual Learner, you will no longer be able to generate new Testpapers once you have used all of your available Testpaper units. To continue generating Testpapers, you will need to purchase additional Testpaper units.
Please follow the steps to buy the Testpaper units:
Login to your Student Account
Click on the "Testpapers" tab from the homepage
Click on "Buy Testpaper"
Select the required Testpaper unit from the dropdown menu
Choose your preferred payment method
Click on "Continue".
You will then be redirected to complete the payment process.
Note: If you are associated with mySecondTeacher through a school partnership, you do not need to purchase Testpaper units separately. Simply contact our Support Team with your request for additional Testpaper credits, and we will assist you accordingly.
Please note that Marking Schemes are only available for Normal Testpapers. They include the answers to the questions generated for users who are registered on our platform as Individual Learners.

Open the generated Testpaper
Click on the "Marking Scheme" tab located at the top of the Testpaper window
Note: Marking Scheme is auto-generated with the Testpaper. You can see the marking scheme on the same window as the Testpaper by clicking the Marking Scheme tab on the top of the Testpaper window.
