Please follow the given steps to update your password:
Login to your mySecondTeacher account using your current email address and password
Click on the Profile icon or your profile picture at the top-right corner of the platform
Select "My Profile"
Click on the "Password" tab from the category
Enter your new password in the "New Password" field
Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field
Click on "Save Changes."
For Mobile App:
Please follow the given steps in order to change your password:
Login to your mySecondTeacher account
Click on “More” from the bottom navbar
Select “Account”
Click on the “Password & Biometrics” tab from the category
Click on “Change Password”
Enter your current password and enter your new password
Confirm your new password and click on “Save Changes”.
Note: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. For security purposes, we recommend updating your password every 3 to 6 months.
