Welcome to mySecondTeacher Nepal! To get started, follow these easy steps:

1. Visit our website at “mysecondteacher.com.np.
2. Click on the ‘Register for free’ button at the upper right corner.
3. Choose your user type: ‘I am a Student‘ or ‘I am a Parent.’
4. (For students) Select your grade. (Note: This step is optional for parents.)
5. Enter your full name and email address.
6. Set a strong password (ensure it meets our security requirements).
7. Click ‘Create My Account’ to complete the registration process.

Once done, check your email for a verification or activation link. Activate your account to access mySecondTeacher and unlock a world of learning.

Yes, you can update your registration details if you have self-registered on the platform. Follow these steps to modify your information:


1. Click on the top right icon or your profile picture in mySecondTeacher.
2. Select ‘My Profile.’
3. Navigate to the ‘Basic Information’ tab on the left side.
4. Make the necessary changes to your registration details.
5. Click ‘Save Changes.’ ( Note: If any of your details, such as the email address, were provided by your school/college, please refrain from changing them independently. If you wish to update such information, kindly consult with the respective school/college department for assistance)

We recommend using a personal email address registered with Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or other similar email providers to create your mySecondTeacher profile. This ensures that you have full control over your account and can easily recover your account in case of any issues.

However, if your school/college has subscribed to mySecondTeacher and provided you with an email address, we recommend using that email address for your mySecondTeacher account. This will ensure that you can easily access all the features and benefits provided by your school/college on mySecondTeacher.

There are various reasons why your mySecondTeacher account may be locked. One of the most common reasons is multiple failed login attempts. This is done as a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access.

If you are unable to sign in to your account due to multiple failed password attempts, the first step is to wait at least 10 minutes before trying again.

Once the 10-minute lockout period has passed, try signing in again with your correct username and password. If you still cannot access your account, you may need to reset your password by clicking on the “forgot your password” link on the login page.

Note :

If your account has been locked, you should receive an email from us explaining the reason for the lock and providing you with instructions on how to recover your account. It is important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure the security of your account.

If you did not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or contact our support team through the live chat service at the bottom right corner of the website. You can also contact our support team via phone at 9801010155/9801010144, or by email at help@mysecondteacher.com.np for assistance.

Please take note that if you want to delete your account, you can only do so through our mobile application. You can follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account from our mobile app.

Step 2: Click on the “More” option from the bottom right corner.

Step 3: Click on the “Account” option.

Step 4: Click on “Delete Account.”

Step 5: Once you click on the “Delete Account” option, you will have to “Continue” the process.

Step 6: Verify the account by providing your password and clicking on the “Delete My Account” option.

Note: All your activities and records will be deleted once you delete the account. Also, you can always register a new account with the same Gmail.

Apparently, you can only register our platform using your Google Account or Facebook.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to register multiple accounts using the same email address.

To integrate mySecondTeacher into your school/college, please reach out to us via email at “help@mysecondteacher.com.np”. Kindly provide essential details, including your Name, School Name, Designation, and Contact Number, along with your specific requirements.
Once we receive your email, our dedicated department will promptly get in touch with you to facilitate the registration process.

If you wish to delete your account, it’s a simple process through our ‘Mobile Application’.
Just follow these easy steps:
1. Click on “More.”
2. Select “Account.”
3. Opt for “Delete your Account.”
